Worship in its purest form does not always require extra time from your schedule. It is so permeated into everything that you cannot do anything without worship.

America is very good at worship. Too bad we worship sex.

I just finished watching a movie, Iron Man 2, with a bunch of my buddies. During the movie I was deeply moved by a realization of how things have changed in the very short time that I’ve been alive. People no longer hope for sex or lustful scenes in a film: they expect it.

Iron Man 2 proved to be an altar upon which to worship sex. Not by devoting a specific scene or lengthy amount of time to it, but by allowing it to permeate everything.

Look at the magazines next time your going through checkout. Before you turn them over (I hope) take note of how many promote sex. Or better yet, find one that doesn’t.

Don’t get me wrong. Sex is a good thing. I often get accusations from atheists concerning the Songs of Solomon. That book, along with Proverbs and a few others, are very explicit in their sexual content. Not because they were trying to sell to the general public, but because God said that it is good, and must be kept good.

The devil is incapable of creating pleasure. So He must take something that God has created for us, and find a way to make it sinful. They say that prostitution is the oldest occupation. That’s because The Enemy was quick to learn that sex is both very pleasurable, and very easy to pollute. Sex is like a mousetrap, with many intricate pieces necessary for it to work properly. Let us look at Gods formula:

One Man, One Woman.

What happens when you alter these elements?
—–

One Man, Many Woman.

This is the most popular alteration in America. Sexual “freedom”. Having a sexual partner without any commitment.
—–

Two Men.

Homosexuality. Built upon emotion and fed by Hollywood’s idea of “love”.
—–

One Man.

Lust can consume like a fire fed with gasoline. It has gotten to the point that you no longer need a partner to take advantage of the sex drive. I heard a statistic that %60 of internet usage is for pornography. I really, really want to write about that soon.

Our weapon of defense: 2 Corinthians 10:4-5

“For the weapons of our warfare [are] not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds; Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;”

Examine your thoughts, your motives, your desires.

I haven’t been this angry in a long time.

In 2008 voters came together to decide the fate of same-sex marriage in California. 52.47% of voters wanted it restricted to only one man and one woman. With a lead of about 504,000 votes, it was an obvious decision.

But lately the government doesn’t care about the opinion of its people.

Yesterday, August 4th 2010, federal judge Vaughn R. Walker told the American people that He understands the constitution better than the rest of us. By stamping the ban as “unconstitutional” He essentially gave the millions of voters a pat on the head while saying “Silly people. Law is government.”

We don’t want this. We told them we don’t want this. We are the people the constitution defends, and it is instead being used against us because a judge fails to interpret it beyond His own nearsightedness.

I’m not going to argue about the morality of homosexuality. I already did that. But I want you to realize where morality comes from:

If there is a God, then it comes from Him.
If there is no god, then it is the opinion of the majority.

But there is a God, and He says no. And the opinion of the majority also says no.

It is a proud and arrogant thing for this judge to say otherwise.
Pray for Him. Pray for Him hard.

Hasbro’s The Game of Life. I used to enjoy this game. Who wouldn’t enjoy watching their personal little piece of plastic in the shape of a human wrapped in duct tape go through the joys and turmoils of LIFE?

But they have just done something shocking. In there latest downloadable PC game, players can have a spouse of the same sex.

On one hand, I am horrified. This is an unacceptable display of support for a corrupt lifestyle.

On the other hand, I know this is only the beginning. I know there are many other putrid sources for this filth. I can only expect this from a fallen world.

There is a show on ABC right now that is far worse. Yet it is being called one of the greatest comedies of our time. A show about a family anyone can relate to.

What is it?

On August 19 the Lutheran Church in America voted to allow same
sex marriage and clergy. This video shows a tornado that hit
Minneapolis on August 19 around 2 pm at the time they voted. It
sheered the cross off the Lutheran church next to the conference
center where they were meeting. Here is the video:

I do believe God is not only capable of doing this, but very willing. He has warned us time and time again.

I don’t imagine he is done.

Why are we surprised?
When California, possibly the most sinful State in the Union, starts a downward spiral why do we stand back and go “hmm….that’s odd?”

You cannot run a Government with no respect for godly morals and our Christian heritage, and not have side effects. I mean seriously, I’m no prophet but I saw it coming.

Probably the most misunderstood social life. On one hand you have Christian’s who claim there is no scripture against it, and on the other, the “God hates fags” protesting group.

I want to address them both with scripture.

Dear homosexual haters,
